✅ When Can You Request a Return?

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was damaged, spoiled, or expired upon delivery
  • The item does not match the description

Note: Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat) are generally non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

📦 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at viticartfj@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if available.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (unless faulty)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products returned after 24 hours without prior approval
